Irmgard Lunsford

Irmgard Lunsford, 96, passed away on September 22, 2024. She was born in Germany on December 15, 1927 to the late Martha Wroblewski Reichelt and the late Paul Reichelt. She was predeceased by her loving husband of many years, Mr. John Wallace Lunsford. Irmgard was of the Christian Faith, and was a loving homemaker.

Irmgard is survived by two sons; Berndie Lunsford of Blairs, VA and Rick Lunsford of Richmond, VA; a sister; Margot Reichelt of Sweden; two grandchildren; Bryce Lunsford (Dana) and Melanie Hamel (Patrick); and one great grandchild; Margot Hamel.

In addition to her parents and husband, Irmgard was predeceased by a daughter; Dianne Hairston; and grandson; Brandon Albright.

A private graveside service will be held.
