J. Ralph Naff

J. Ralph Naff, 99, of Buchanan passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Reynolds Naff; great-grandson, Evan Austin; parents, Joel and Drusilla Naff; brother, Russell, Berlin, Curtis, and Glen; sisters, Irene Orndorf and Lucille Mills.
Ralph retired from Norfolk Western then Norfolk Southern Railroad with over 37 years of service.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Benny and Tammy Naff; daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Tim Miller; grandchildren, Travis Naff, Joel and Sarah Miller, Jenny and Danny Austin; great-grandchildren, Keyleigh, Addison, and Piper Naff; Tyler Correll, Kellan Miller, and Liam Austin; sister, Betty Caricofe; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 2pm Wednesday, November 5, 2025 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Wheatland Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at Botetourt Funeral Home, Buchanan.
