Jaime Teresa Johnson

Jaime Teresa Johnson, 40, of Danville, VA passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2023at Lewis Gale Medical Center. Jaime was born December 17, 1982, in Danville to Theresa McCullor Johnson and the late James Thomas Johnson.

Jaime attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 118 Jenny Lane, Danville, VA. She was a graduate of GWHS with a special diploma and loved playing baseball with the Danville Blue Jays where she was known for wearing #23.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and her Worldwide Christian Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Jaime’s sitters, Alease Johnson, Latosha Palotia, Larry Barksdale, and Jenny Winn; also, a special thanks to her aid, Alice Roberts.

A funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 20, 2023, at Norris Funeral Services, West End Chapel, 511 Church Ave., Danville, VA 24541. The family will receive friends prior to the funeral from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., at the West End Chapel. The interment will be at Highland Burial Park. The family request, if possible, please wear a mask to the funeral.
