JaKobe Nysir Pritchett

On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, our precious little prince, JaKobe Nysir Pritchett was received into the arms of The Lord. He was born on February 15, 2021 in Roanoke, VA to Tamera Terry and Jalen Pritchett.

JaKobe was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, David Pritchett.

JaKobe was a precious gift who brought so much joy to all who met him. He left an imprint on the hearts of everyone who was fortunate enough to cross his path. Even throughout all of his surgeries and sickness, he never lost his beautiful smile and infectious laugh. JaKobe was happiest when he was naked, watching SpongeBob, or enjoying “couch time” with his Nana.

In addition to his parents, JaKobe leaves to cherish his memory brothers, Maziyon and Myheir Pritchett of the home, and Kaven Adams of Martinsville; sister, Amiri Reynolds of Axton; Grandmothers Torria Finney and Tomeka (Derrick) Hairston both of Ridgeway; Great Grandfather, Joe Dillard of Bassett; Great Grandmother, Dorthy Hairston of Ridgeway; Great great grandmother, Geneva Martin of Martinsville; Uncles, Stevon Martin of Ridgeway, Dkiryon, Demarion, Dakaden Pritchett of Cascade; Aunt Davionna Pritchet of Cascade; Great Aunt, Lavalette (Stacey) Watkins of Martinsville; Great great Aunt, Connie Pilson of Preston; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, at 12:30 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with visitation thirty minutes prior to the service. Burial will follow at Carver Memorial Gardens.
