James Aaron Duncan

James Aaron Duncan, Jr., age 66, of Rocky Mount, Virginia, died, Friday, June 13, 2025, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born in Virginia on January 9, 1959, to the late James Aaron Duncan, Sr. and Shirley Lou Hutchinson Duncan. Also preceded in death by his siblings, Kathy Duncan, Wayne Duncan, Douglas Duncan and granddaughter, Hailey Duncan. He is survived by his daughter, Pam Duncan; sons, James Duncan III and Michael Duncan; daughter, Crystal Duncan; sister, Shirley Burgess Hank; brothers and sisters-in-law, David Duncan and Joann, Darrell Duncan and Angie; his special granddaughter, Addie (Honey Bear), numerous other grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous other family members. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Sifford Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025, from 4-6:00 P.M. at the McCoy Funeral Home.
