Janet Lynn Hawkins, age 70 of Rocky Mount, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Melvin and Doris; half-sister, Donna; and brother, Steve. Surviving to cherish her memory are her sister, Marianne Dudley; niece, Krista Dudley; nephew, Matthew Dudley; and brother, Michael Robinson. Janet’s pain is now eased from the struggles of life. She loved the beach and the mountains. Janet’s request was for her ashes to be scattered privately by family. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
