Jean Smith

Jean Ann Smith, age 66, of 23597 Sam Snead Hwy, Warm Springs, Virginia died on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at LewisGale Hospital-Alleghany, Low Moor.
Jean was born on July 8, 1958 in Clifton Forge to the late Fletcher LeRoy Smith and Patsy Dodd Hall. She was a member of the Women of the Moose for three decades. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan and loved camping, playing cards and spending time with her grand kids.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step father, James Hall; granddaughter, Emma Terry; sister, Rebecca Smith.
She is survived by a son, Bobby Smith and wife April of Covington; a daughter Patsy Smith and Joey Terry of Warm Springs; two brothers, Wesley Smith and wife Starlet of Glen Wilton and David Smith of Covington; two sisters, Kathy Hopkins and husband Shane of Clifton Forge and Amy Angle and husband Edie of Eagle Rock; six grandchildren, Tyler “Nikki” Terry, Dakota Smith, Hunter Smith, Chloe Smith, Destanee Terry and Chase Terry; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In Keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2024 at 1:00 PM at First Christian Church, Clifton Forge with Mr. Chris Fisher officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until time of service.
