Jeffrey "Jeff" Scott Sutherland

Jeffery “Jeff” Scott Sutherland, age 60 of Rocky Mount, passed away Thursday, August 10, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, James Harold Sutherland and special aunts, Carol Turner and Polly Hall. Mr. Sutherland loved music, good food, driving his truck and his special friends at Ferguson Land and Lumber. He was especially proud of his tomato garden. Surviving is his mother, Kitty Wray Sutherland; sister, Sheri Sutherland Hill (Alan); brother, James “Mike” Sutherland (Lisa); niece, Savannah Sutherland (Anthony); several special nieces and nephews; and several cousins. His family will receive friends at the family home on Saturday, August 19th, from 1:00-3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to Rocky Mt.
