Jeffrey Stuart Tuggle

Jeffrey Stuart Tuggle, age 72, of Martinsville, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. He was born on June 11, 1995, to the late George Stuart Tuggle and Cynthia Church Tuggle.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his twin brother, Joseph Stephen Tuggle.

Jeffery is survived his cousins, Teresa Tuggle and Dwayne Tuggle, and other relatives who loved and cherished him. He is also survived by his friends and family of the Piedmont Community Services Home and Rescare.

Jeffery worked at Bassett Table and the WC Ham Center for many years.

Jeff's life here on Earth was met with many challenges, he showed remarkable perseverance and courage throughout. Through your relationship with Jeff, you learned the importance of resilience and the value of seeing the world from a different perspective. He taught us to just slow down, and to enjoy the simple things in life. You didn't have to want or have a lot to be happy. A good meal fixed by his family, a cold Dr. Pepper or a pancake were his favorite.

He was a kind, caring man and he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

A public viewing for Jeff will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at Collins Funeral Home, 30 Riverside Dr. Bassett, VA from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.

A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at 11AM at Roselawn Burial Park with Reverend Tony Beach officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Piedmont Community for ICF Home in Jeffery's memory.
