Jeffrey Wayne Carroll, 64, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2026, at his home in Fairlawn. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Douglas and Jo Ann Sifford Carroll.
He will be missed deeply by his loving wife, Tina Carroll; his children and his many friends.
