Jerry Dean Richmond

Jerry Dean Richmond, 58, of Roanoke went home to be with the Lord Wednesday March 27, 2024.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Jean Decker Richmond.

Jerry was a graduate of Northside High School where he played basketball and served as captain of the football team.  He was a devoted son, father, grandfather and friend.  

Surviving are his daughters, Kaitlyn and Kinsey Richmond; father, Jack Hamilton Richmond, Sr.; grandchildren, Remington and Fynleigh Richmond; brother, Jack H. Richmond, Jr.;  niece, Emily Thompson; nephew, Caleb Richmond; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Cindy Thompson (Danny); former wife, Beth Crawley and special friends, Brent Mitchell and Wayne Crawley.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
