Jerry Ray Fowlkes

Jerry Ray Fowlkes, 54, passed away at his residence on June 7, 2025. Jerry was born in Danville, VA on March 29, 1971, to the late Mary Susan Gatliff Fowlkes and Mr. Calvin Norris Fowlkes.

Jerry was of the Christian Faith, and loved to hunt and fish, and loved spending time with family and friends.

Jerry is survived by a son; Joshua Fowlkes (Maranda Yeatts); a daughter; Alex Cyrus (Sage Cyrus), two brothers; Michael and Randy Fowlkes; three sisters; Bonnie Greene (Terry), Brenda Hylton, and Tracie Jackson (Brydon); and a grandson; Jackson Fowlkes.

The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Dry Fork Fire Department, 4860 Dry Fork Road, Dry Fork, VA 24549.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday June 14, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Norris Mt. Hermon Chapel, Danville, VA.
