Jerry William Jackson

Jerry William Jackson, 76, of Salem went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 4, 2024. He was preceded in death by wife, Laura Elizabeth Jackson; and granddaughter, Kayla.

Surviving are his children, Tammy Jackson, Tracy Jackson, David Jackson (Tamarah Alexander), and Paul Jackson (Beth); grandchildren, James Davis, Kelsi Dickmann (Dave), Kiera Ingram, Brooke Jackson, Miranda Kelley, Nicholas Kelley, Taylor Jackson, Tyler Alexander, Madz Alexander, and Brooklynn Alexander; great grandson, Zealand Alexander; and siblings, Nita McIntyre, Nancy Conner, Becky Sink, Frank Sink, and Robert Sink.

Jerry loved to spend time with his wife and family, enjoyed traveling the world, and fishing and camping.

The family will have a Visitation on Wednesday. February 7, 2024 from 6:00-8:00pm at Simpson Funeral Home (Peters Creek). Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00am on Thursday, February 8, 2024 also at Simpson Funeral Home (Peters Creek). Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
