Jimmy Patrick

Mr. Jimmy Patrick, age 87, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at his home. He was born on January 12, 1936 in Floyd County Kentucky to the late Willie and Mallie Moore Patrick. Left to cherish his memory are brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Larry Wiley (Patty), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Mr. Patrick was preceded in death by his wife, Loraine Wiley Patrick; sisters, Aggie Jarrells, Virginia Dameron, Pearlie Kelly; brothers, Oliver, Edgar, and Alonzo Patrick. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 11:00 AM at White Plains Baptist Church with service conducted by Rev. David Tucker. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with full Military Honors by VFW Post #2019 of Mt. Airy and Post #9436 of Pilot Mountain. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time for the service at the church.
