Johnnie "Dick" Richard Webster

Johnnie Richard "Dick" Webster, age 92 of Boones Mill passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Ruth Mills Webster, his son, Richard Lee Webster, his daughter, Carolyn Webster Reed, and great-grandson, Gabriel Cash Webster. Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Rosemary Dolinger Leftwich and husband Rick; grandsons, Richard Keith Webster and wife Kelly, Michael Ashton Atkins, Derrick Leftwich; granddaughters, Danielle Leftwich and Destiny Leftwich; great-grandsons, Jacob Webster, Zachary Webster and Graham Webster and great-granddaughter, Juniper Leftwich. Survivors also include brother, Glenwood Webster and sisters, Hilda Greene, LulaBelle Argabright and MaryEllen Meredith, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Johnnie loved the Lord as was shown in his actions on a daily basis. He was a lifelong member of Bethlehem Church of the Brethren where he served as trustee, usher and deacon for many years. Johnnie retired from Rowe Furniture Company with 31 years of service. Funeral services will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 26, 2025 with Pastor Bill Hinton and Chaplain Rick Leftwich officiating. Interment will follow in Bethlehem Church of the Brethren Cemetery. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
