Jonathan Darnell Linkous

Jonathan Darnell Linkous, age 59, of Shawsville, died, Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born in Montgomery County, Virginia on November 4, 1965, to the late Otis and Annie Stella Early Linkous. Also preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Iris Linkous. He is survived by his daughters, Tabitha Ann Linkous (Matt), Jessica Danielle Linkous, Stephanie Faith Linkous; sisters and brothers-in-law, Priscilla (Mike) Patrick, Ponnie (Ben) Shawver, Debbie (Eddie) Gallimore; brothers and sisters-in-law, Clayton (Jo) Linkous, Gilbert “Butch” Linkous (Gina); seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces and nephews; aunts, Mary Alls and Charlotte Matuseavich; companion. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM in the Shawsville Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. Eddie Gallimore and Rev. Wes Conner officiating. Interment will follow in the Shawsville Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM till service time at the church.
