Jose De Jesus Muniz

Jesus Muniz, 63, of Roanoke passed away surrounded by his family Saturday, September 26, 2022.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Elicia Munoz.

Jesus worked with his family members in their business,  Alice Construction.

Surviving are his children, Luis (Maria) Muniz, Jose  (Rosa) Muniz, Alma (Miguel) Rivera, Edmundo Muniz, and Sara Muniz; fourteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers, Gregorio, Antonia, Jose Pedro, Tomas, Martin and Juan Muniz; sisters, Juanita, Zenaida, Margarita, and Maria S. Muniz; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 1, 2022 at St. Gerard Catholic Church 809 Orange Avenue Roanoke, VA.   Interment will be private.  The faamily will receive friends from 2-8 p.m.. Thursday, September 30, 2022 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road.
