Joseph Anderson Hendricks

Joseph “Joe” Anderson Hendricks Jr., 93, of Roanoke, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 30, 2025.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Irene Looney Hendricks; daughters, Sheron Smith (Joe), Sonya Cline (Mike), and Sabrina Quesenberry (Patrick); grandchildren, Brandon Hornby (Julia), Brent Jones (Alexis), Marta Pacheco (Ryan), Joel Quesenberry, and Aubrey Quesenberry; great grandchildren, Reacie Hornby, Travis Jones, Wesley Pacheco, and Skylar Pacheco; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will have a Visitation on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 12:00 – 1:00pm with a Chapel Service to follow at 1:00pm, both at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Rd. Roanoke, VA 24019. Interment will be at Old Dominion Memorial Gardens.
