Joseph “Joe” Brown, 84, of Roanoke County went to be with the Lord on June 13, 2024.
He was born December 2, 1939, to the late William Reese Brown and Bertha Belle Vencille Brown.
Joe was always cracking jokes, pulling epic pranks, and had a reputation as a skilled pool player. He also enjoyed singing karaoke and listening to old country music.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sons, William Brown, and Allen “Wayne” Brown; grandson, Allen Brown, II; brother, Jack; and sister Jeannette.
He is survived by his grandchildren, Crystal Thompson, Joseph Brown, and Lisa Brown, and seven great-grandchildren.
