Joseph Patrick Derocco

Joseph Patrick DeRocco, Jr., age 58 of Danville, Virginia passed away Thursday, October 31, 2024. Joseph was born June 30, 1966 in New York to the late Linda White DeRocco and the late Joseph Patrick DeRocco, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Ann Moser DeRocco.

He was a mail truck driver for USPS and was of the Baptist faith. He will always be remembered as a kind and loving husband, father, brother, and friend to everyone who knew him.

In addition to his beloved wife of the residence, he is survived by his daughter, Denielle DeRocco (Peter); siblings, Steven DeRocco (Jess), Mark DeRocco (Tanya), and Joanne Lennon; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at Norris Funeral Service, Mt. Hermon Chapel with Pastor Albert Moser officiating. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. At other times the family will receive friends and family at the residence.
