Juanita Shell

Our beloved mother, Juanita (Inez) Shell,92,went to be with her Lord on October 31,2022.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John William Naff and Mary Catherine (Naff) Ware, her husband, Billy Shell, her sister Ella Ruth Sowers, her brother William (Bill) Naff and great grandson Michael Goodwin. Survivors are her daughters Mary Ellen Goodwin, Vickie (Alan) Shank, Sharon(Randy) Burnette. Grandchildren Stephen(Anne) Goodwin, Ron(Michele) Gearheart, William (Kim) Goodwin, Janet(Jake) Darling, Lesley Shank and Mary Shank, sister-in-law Jean Shell, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Louise and Raymond Laffoon, six great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Her loves beside her family were the beach, travel, Nascar, and her cats. Special thanks to Anne Palmer for all her wonderful care of our mother. We wish to sincerely thank Good Samaritan Hospice for all their special care for our mother during her last days.

The family will receive friends at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem on Monday, November 7, 2022 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm. A funeral service will follow in the Chapel of Lotz Funeral Home at 2:00 pm. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park.
