Judy Ballowe Viar passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 31, 2023. She was born on April 12, 1951. She was the daughter of Hazel and Vernon Ballowe. She is survived by her husband, Phillip E. Viar; son, Gregory L. Viar; and brother, David Ballowe. Judy was well loved by family and friends. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. There will be a private service.
