Judy Kearns

Judy Grace Graybill Kearns, age 69, of West Jackson Street, Covington, Virginia passed away Monday, March 31, 2025 surrounded by her family.

She was born October 21, 1955 in Roanoke, Virginia to the late Jonas Abraham Graybill and Betty Jane Webb Graybill. She was a retired parts inspector for Dynax of America Company. She was a member of Troutville Church of the Brethren and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Graybill and a sister, Janelle Graybill.

She is survived by a daughter, Laura Hamilton and wife, Dessie Hamilton of Covington; and a son, Jason Fergurson and fiancé, Kimberly Davis of Washington DC; a sister, Joan Lunsford of Roanoke; a brother, Jimmy Graybill of Troutville; six grandchildren, Janie Robertson, Julia Helms and husband, Michael, Maggie Brugh, Ivy Bobbitt, Octavia Davis, and Richard Davis; three great grandchildren, Thomas, Reagan and Cecilia Helms; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated. No formal services are scheduled.
