Junius Leon Watkins

Junius Leon Watkins, 56, of Cascade, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024. He was born April 5, 1968, in Eden, North Carolina, to the late Junious L. Watkins and Nellie Ann Hampton Watkins.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Joanne Peatross, Jennie Bell Broadnax, and Georgianna Broadnax.Junius enjoyed fishing and was known as a pool “shark”, he loved his family and enjoyed a good home cooked meal.He is survived by sisters, Laurie Watkins, Wanda Watkins, Mary Tarpley, and Rosa Lee Gatewood (Frankie).The funeral will be Wednesday, April 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Elder Derrick Jumper officiating.
