Karen Deborah Cole

Mrs. Karen Deborah Cole, age 61, of Mt. Airy, passed away on Monday, May 5, 2025 at her home. She was born on April 26, 1964 in Caldwell County to the late Wain and Nancy Barnett Cole. She was a loving mother, and grandmother who will surely be missed by all who knew her. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Travis Burch (Candace), Talisha Delawder (Darvin); grandchildren, Jase and Jensen Creed, Maggie Delawder, Gracelyn and Gloria Burch; sisters, Nancy Hicks (Jessie), Susan Ayers; niece, Chandra Stanley. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cole was preceded in death by a sister, Melody Johnson. There will be no formal services at the funeral home. Moody Funeral Services in Mt. Airy will be assisting the family.
