Keith Anthony Vandenburg
Keith Anthony Vandenburg, age 70 of Danville, Virginia passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025, at his residence. Keith was born March 24, 1954, in Danville, Virginia to the late Rossie Olive Stowe Vandenburg Saunders and the late Dewey Vandenburg. He was married to Kathy Conner Vandenburg, who survives, of the residence.
Keith was a family man in all aspects. He loved his wife, children and grandchildren without end. To the grandchildren, he was known as “Pa’s”. He also loved his friends and enjoyed spending time with them. He enjoyed playing golf in his pastime, playing cards, dancing, and he also had an amazing singing voice. Once, he even sang the national anthem at a Virginia Tech football game! He was always the comedian of any group he was in. And while spending time with his grandkids, he loved to entertain them.
Left to remember Keith’s life, in addition to his loving wife Kathy, are his two children, Conner Rae Haskins (Patrick) of Danville, and Cody Reed Vandenburg (Julie) of Chatham, VA; a sister, Teresa Beale and step-sister, Shirley Townsend, both of Danville, as well as two grandchildren, Elijah R. Vandenburg and Sutton R. Haskins.
The family would like to express their love and appreciation to Gloria and also to Mt. Valley Hospice for the care and concern they provided to Keith and the entire family while Keith was under their care.
