Kimberly Cox

Kimberly Cox, 54, of Salem passed away on June 17, 2025.

She was born in Virginia on November 17, 1970. Kimberly spent the last 10 years working at Cuts Creative with Mark Campbell, they became very good friends, and both had a huge impact on each other’s lives. She will be missed by her son, Andrew Cox; daughter, Brandy Cox; and her beloved cat, Mack.

Her daughter wrote the following poem for her:

You taught me so much and as I grow, the more I understand your words.

Our time may have been short but I will always cherish the memories made.

Some of your last words were “I’m not afraid to die, I’m afraid of what I’ll miss.”

At the time I was unsure of what to say, but now I’m sure of my response,

You will have the best seat in the house for everything I do.

That is a promise from me to you.

I love you always!

This is not goodbye, because goodbye means forever.

This is until we meet again!
