Kristina Rouse Janey, 41, of Fieldale, Virginia, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024. She was born September 18, 1982, in Jacksonville, Florida, to Clara Thompson Cassell and the late James F. Rouse.In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by grandfather, Harold O. Thompson, aunt, Dianna Lynn Thompson Merriman.Kristina never met a stranger, she was a very caring and loving person, always putting others before herself. She was outgoing, loved to cook and had a pretty smile that lit up the room, like the sunshine. Kristina loved her family and enjoyed her nursing career, caring for others made her happy.She is survived by her husband Tracy Janey, daughter, Victoria Lynn Owen (Zachery); sister, Colleen Rouse; brother, David M. Rouse; maternal grandmother, Jo Ann Foley Thompson; and several cousins.All services will be private.
