Larry Paul Lawson

Larry Paul Lawson, 79, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at Blue Ridge Therapy Connection. He was born July 26, 1943, in Virginia, to the late Frank Andrew Lawson and Verna Kinzer Lawson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Jim Lawson and Jack Lawson.He was a retired truck driver for Virginia DOT, and J. C. Joyce Trucking & Paving in Stuart. He enjoyed playing music, guns, traveling and riding his motorcycle.Larry is survived by his son, Christopher David Lawson (Jennifer); sister, Phyllis Matthews; and brother, Richard Lawson.All services will be at a later date.Wright Funeral Service and Crematory is serving the family.
