Larry Vadin Proctor

Larry Vadin Proctor, 80, of Blairs, VA passed away at Riverside Health and Rehab on January 14, 2026. Born on November 20, 1945 in Durham, NC, Larry was the son of Jack Anderson Proctor and Nancy Seamans Proctor. He shared a loving relationship of 61 years with his wife Linda Satterwhite Proctor until her death in 2024.

Larry was the president and owner of Commonwealth Radio Services and cherished the time spent with his family, his beloved dogs, and the moments of relaxation at Pawleys Island, S.C. He also enjoyed hunting and sporting clays. He is survived by his brother, two of his three sons and six grandchildren.

In honor of his memory, a private graveside service will be held for the family at Hillcrest Burial Park.

The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Spring Garden Community Church, 4045 Spring Garden Road, Chatham, VA 24531.
