Lee Hunter Gregory

Lee Hunter Gregory, 64, of Collinsville, Virginia passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at his residence. He was born February 27,1959, in Roanoke, Virginia, to the late Leonard Gray Gregory and Ruth Anderson Compton Gregory.Lee was a member of First Baptist Church of Collinsville and attended Trash Ministries Church, he was a graduate of Danville Community College. He loved working with his hands, welding, working on cars and motorcycles, and helping others. He was a very caring person who loved his family. Lee had a rough exterior but was a “Teddy Bear” who always had a positive attitude. Lee was truly a jack of all trades.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rachel Susan Craig Gregory.He is survived by his son, Christopher Gregory (Sandy); sisters, Marlene Gregory McCraw (Rick), Janet Gregory Cenker; brother, Bobby Gregory (Teresa); grandchildren, Malakhi Gregory, Lana Gregory; and several nieces and nephews.Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
