Lee Roy Skidmore, age 32 of Chilhowie, VA was born on September 18, 1989 and passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 at the age of 32. Lee had a history of foster care and adoption and became a beloved part of the Wampler family when Nancy accepted him in foster care 16 years ago. He is survived by his “mom”, Nancy Wampler; and the huge Wampler family. He was outgoing, friendly and always willing to give a helping hand. He will be missed by many. Private services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
