Leonard Alan Price

Leonard Alan Price, 69, of Collinsville, VA passed away on May 31, 2024, at his home. He was born March 7, 1955, to the late Hubert Wayne Price and Nancy Jean Bousman.

Leonard was humble, kind, and found joy in all the little moments shared with family and friends. He was the calm in any storm. He was a dedicated employee of Henry County Schools for twenty-nine years and always put the needs of the students at the forefront. His passion was music. He played drums and guitar. He loved rock and roll and the Old Motown Classics.

He is survived by his wife Yvonne Price; son, Jason Price (Pamela); daughter, Courtney Price (Fiancé, David McKeen); brothers, Donnie Price, Tim Bousman, and Mark Bousman; sister, Kim Bousman; grandchildren, Colton Price, Keagan Price, Dalton McKeen, and Clark McKeen.

The burial will be private with a Celebration of Life at a later date.

He lost his battle with ALS but will continue the fight by asking that donations be made to ALS United of North Carolina where he received most of his care.
