Linda Barbour Martin

Mrs. Linda Barbour Martin, of Richmond, passed away March 15, 2026. Born June 16, 1961, in Martinsville, Virginia, Linda is preceded in death by her parents Mabel Atheline Bollings Barbour and Garnett Barbour; her brothers Eddie, Keith, and Kenneth Barbour; and her beloved husband of 26 years, Larry Carl Martin.

After graduating from Laurel Park High School, Linda built a meaningful life in King George, Virginia, where she was an active member of the PTA before starting a career with Northrop Grumman. Moving later to Stuart, Va, she enjoyed listening to local music performances, crafting, and spending time with her family. 

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Martin, and son-in-law, Gavin Wright, of Richmond, Virginia. Additionally, she is survived by her sisters and brothers: Sharon Wilson, Janet and Dennis Bowles, Dianne and Pete Hall, William Barbour, Gary and Betty Jo Barbour, Dean and Pansy Barbour, Danny and Peggy Barbour, Lloyd and Becky Barbour, and Terry Barbour along with several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Norris Funeral Services - Stuart, at 2:00 PM. The family will accept guests one hour prior to the service. A burial will follow at Conner's View Primitive Baptist Church, 3408 Mountain View Dr., Meadows of Dan, VA, 24120.
