Linda Foley Jamison

Linda Kay Foley Jamison, 68, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022. She was born September 12, 1954, in Martinsville, Virginia, to the late Melvin Ray Foley and Vivian Estelle Sink Foley.

She was a graduate of Fieldale-Collinsville High School Class of 1971, and a graduate of Patrick Henry Community College Class of 2014. Linda was always ready to lend a helping hand, and she focused on taking care of others. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Penny Chitwood; son, Matthew Chitwood (Adrienne); Carolyn Grant (Donnie); Tim Foley (Susan); five grandchildren; and fiancé’, Jerry Wilson

The Memorial Service will be Friday, December 30, 2022, at 3:30 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor A.C. Palmer officiating. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service.
