Linda Lynch Allen

Linda Lynch Allen, 83, in Westerville, OH passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at Paramount Senior Living at Polaris. She was born on February 20, 1943, in Danville, VA to the late Callie Beggarly Lynch and Lindsey Carson Lynch. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ashley Omer Allen, Jr.; sister, Dorothy L. Roberts; and brothers, Ronnie L. Lynch, and Jerry W. Lynch.

Linda was a retired nylon worker at DuPont in Martinsville, VA. She was a long-time member of Freedom Baptist Church where she served in the children, storehouse, senior, and bus ministries. She traveled to Peru multiple times to serve in a missionary supported orphanage.

She is survived by her son, Ashley Wayne Allen (Teresa) of Reynoldsburg, OH; sister, Denise Myers (Mike) of Danville, VA; her grandchildren, Matthew Allen (Lindsey) of Lexington, KY, and Elizabeth Allen of Riverside, OH; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel. Funeral service will be held at Norris Funeral Services at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday March 22, 2026, with Rev. Michael Myers officiating. Burial will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request that any donations in Linda’s memory be made to Freedom Baptist Church.
