Lisa A. Scott Mills

Lisa A. Mills (Scott), age 55, of Radford, Virginia, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026. She was born on June 26, 1970 to Gloria Black and the late John C Scott III at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, VA. Lisa was preceded in death by her father John C. Scott III and her brother John C. Scott IV Lisa was an avid rummy player and loved to spend time with her grandkids and family. She loved the beach and collecting sea shells to show off to anyone who would listen. She was a kind hearted soul who loved to help those in need through difficult times through volunteer work. Lisa is survived by her mother and step father Gloria Black and Barry Black, her sister Katherine Scott Mire, her daughter Cassandra Riley, her son and daughter in-law Jesse Shands and Amanda Barnett, her 4 grandchildren whom she loved deeply, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, March 28, 2026 at 4:00 pm at Community Christian Church McCoy. Friends and family are welcome to attend! The church is located at 6030 Centennial Rd.
