Louise Johnson

Louise Lorraine Ingram Johnson, 81, of Narrows, VA., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, after a sudden illness. She was surrounded by family and friends. Lorraine was born on June 21, 1944, in Wilmington, DE, and was the daughter of the late Jack and Dana Ingram. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by Ray Ingram, Johnny Ingram, Larry Ingram and Dave Ingram. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Dayton H. Johnson of Narrows, two daughters, Pauline Johnson of Somerset, Lorrie Ann Payne (Andy) of Barboursville, grandson, Ronnie Payne of Fredericksburg and 1 brother, Kerry Ingram of NC. She loved to sew and especially enjoyed making quilts. She loved spending time with her family and taking care of stray animals. Funeral services will be conducted Monday, September 29, 2025, at 10:00am with Rev Taylor Hines officiating. Family will receive visitors 15 minutes prior to the service.
