Lucille Ferrell Spangler, 89, of Salem, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025. She was born on June 2, 1936, in Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Curtis Spangler; parents, Wesley and Grace Ferrell; and son, Steven Spangler.
Lucille is survived by her daughter, Debbie Cregger; son, Greg Spangler; grandchildren, Amber Gray, Brittney Cregger, Brandon Spangler, and Adam Spangler; as well as six great-grandchildren who brought her great joy.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Lotz Funeral Home in Salem. A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., with burial to take place afterward at Sherwood Memorial Park.
