Marjorie Carson Webster
Marjorie Estelle Carson Webster, 91, of Madison Heights, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 2, 2025.
She was born on December 12, 1933, in Amherst County. She retired from the CVTC after 27 years and was a member of Amelon United Methodist Church.
She’s now reunited with her beloved husband of 64 years, Earl Douglas Webster; her parents, Esthmus G. Carson, Sr and Estelle Hunter Carson and her brother, Esthmus G Carson, Jr (Joyce Carson).
Those left to cherish Marjorie’s (Ma’s) memory include her daughter, Sandra Vest (Wayne Garrett) and her son, Glenn Webster (Tammy). Her granddaughter Heather Kiser (Nick) and her four grandsons; Hunter Vest (Andrea), Andrew Webster (Emily), Forrest Vest (Rachel) and Christopher Webster (Emily). Along with nine great-grandchildren; Marlene and Zane Kiser, Trafton and Logan Vest, Carson and Rheed Vest, Hudson and Bennett Webster, Lane Webster (due in April) and 2 step-great-grandchildren Reagan and Gryffin Taylor. Her sister, Dorothy Morcom (Douglas) and sisters-in-law Blanche Gibson and Nancy Webster. Her beloved dog, Jack, and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
The family would like to give special thanks to all the staff at Heritage Green and Gentle Shepherd Hospice for the special care and support they gave Marjorie during her time of need.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Pastor Dwayne Carson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial to follow the service at Briarwood Memorial Gardens.
