Mary Alice Nardone Bradley

Mary Alice Nardone Bradley, 53, of Roanoke died Wednesday, May 17, 2023 surrounded by her family.

She leaves behind her son, Seth Bradley; parents, Joseph and Alice Nardone; siblings, Karen Kupec (Michael), Joseph J. Nardone, III (Rachel), Michael Nardone, Donna Hull, Christopher Nardone (Vadran) of Houston, Texas; uncle, James Nardone (Diane) of Wilkes-Barre, PA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mary earned her RN degree from Virginia Western Community College. She was a loving, caring person who helped others both in lifeand in death. Mary helped many people as a nurse and saved the lives of at least two people; a neighbor in cardiac arrest, and a stranger on the street for whom she performed CPR. The latter for which she received a letter of commendation from the City of Roanoke.

In death, her care and love for others continued through donation of serveral of her organs, saving the lives of three unknown individuals.

Mary's greatest love in life was her son, Seth. The loss of our beautiful Mary is deeply felt by all who knew and loved her.

A memorial mass will be celebrated by Monsignor Patrick Golden 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church 2505 Electric Road Roanoke, VA.
