Melissa Karson Miller

MELISSA KARSON MILLER, 57, of Bland, VA, passed away Thursday, November 3, 2022 at her home.

Missy was born January 21, 1965 in Bluefield, WV, the daughter of Samuel & Nina Pearl Miller.

Missy was a homebody. She enjoyed cooking.

Missy was preceded in death by her father, Samuel David Miller, her brother, Christopher Miller and her sister, Sheila Miller.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Nina Pearl Blankenship Miller; her son, Randy Miller; a special friend, Jim Crider; and several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Per her wishes, Missy will be cremated. There are no public services planned at this time.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made in Missy's honor directly to the A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, 2508 Walkers Creek Valley Rd., Pearisburg, VA 24315, to help towards funeral expenses.
