Michael Demetrius Anderson

Michael Demetrius Anderson, 65, entered into his heavenly home on November 3, 2022. He was born on December 28, 1956 in Danville, VA to the late Lillie Thornton Anderson and the late Marion Anderson Sr.

Michael was a member of Beulah Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his brothers; Morris Anderson of Danville, VA, Melvin Anderson (Kathy) of Danville, VA, Marvin Anderson of Danville, VA, sisters; Rita Coleman of Danville, VA, Sheral Anderson Walker (Darryl) of Ringgold, VA, aunts; Lora Gunn (Lawrence), Coredla Thornton. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers; Marion Anderson Jr., Jonathon Thornton, sisters; Shirley Swann and Carolyn Kendrick.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 11:00AM at Floral Hills Cemetery with Pastor Jerome P. Coleman officiating.
