Molly Kaitlin Bedwell

Molly Kaitlin Bedwell, 33, gained her angel wings on Friday, April 26th, 2024. She was born in Salem, VA on April 8th, 1991.  Molly will be welcomed & protected by those who preceded her in death, her father, Todd Neaves Bedwell; and her grandparents, Barbara & Johnny Pendleton.

Molly is survived by her daughter, Leia Neaves Bedwell; mother Lisa Underwood Bedwell; sister, Jessica Bedwell Setchel; brother, Caleb Layne Bedwell; her grandparents, Roy & Geraldine Bedwell; nephews, Zabian & Adric Setchel; uncles, Greg Pendleton, Roy Bedwell, Jr. and Derrick Bedwell; cousins, Paige Bedwell, Victoria Davies, Dylan & Daniel Bedwell. She also has many special friends left to cherish her memory. 

Molly will be remembered for being a free spirit with a brilliant mind and sweet soul. She had silent battles and struggles in life but remained true to her sweet & gentle nature.  She loved her family no matter the distance or situation. She had a silly & sassy way of making people smile. May her soul rest in peace, and may her memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

A celebration of her life will be held on Monday, May 6th, 2024, at Lotz Funeral Home & Chapel, 1330 E Main St, Salem, VA 24153.  Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 pm and a service will follow in the chapel at 2:00 pm with Pastor Todd Reed officiating. 

The family requests to honor Molly by wearing tie-dye with bright, beautiful colors.
