Mr Danny William Laprade

Danny William Laprade, 68, of Roanoke went to be with the Lord Monday, October 3, 2022. He was born September 24, 1954 a son of the late Jacob William Laprade and Rose Mae Gillespie Laprade. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his loving wife of 21 years, Kathryn Sue Paxton; two children, Peggy and Ronnie Duncan.
Surviving are his children, Samantha Paxton, Tony Martin, Cheyenne Martin and Shirley Wilcher; sister, Susanne Webb (Ray); grandchildren, Francesca and, Darius, Esmeralda, Cordarius, La’veah, unborn prince, Gevarian, Tihanna, Gabriel, Remedeigh, Caleb (Kerri) and Cody; great-grandchildren, AriElla, Hayden, Justice, Emersyn and Owen; nieces, Catina and Tina; nephew, Quentin; cousins and friends.

A celebration of Danny’s life will be conducted at 2 pm Saturday, October 8, 2022 at Lotz Funeral Home, 1001 Franklin Road, Roanoke. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12 to 2pm. Burial will follow be private.
