Mr. Elmer Junior Foley

Elmer Junior Foley, 67, of Eagle Rock, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Clara Foley; brother, Dykes Foley. Surviving is his partner in crime and the love of his life, Donna Gail Walker, son, Neil Foley and spouse Jennifer; daughter, Priscilla Henecy; sisters, Donna Fiallos and Trish Ann; brothers, Carlton King and Buck King; grandchildren, Codi, Ciera, Autumn, Jasmine, MacKenzie and Evan; 4 great- grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins left to cherish his memory.A graveside service celebrating Elmer’s life will be held 10am Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at Fair View Cemetery 3300 Melrose Ave NW Roanoke, VA 24017 with Pastor Grant Beecher officiating.Online condolences may be made at www.lotzfuneralhome.com
