Nancy Ann Linkous Parish

Mrs. Nancy Ann Linkous Parish, age 86, of Mount Airy, NC passed away Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson North Carolina. She was born November 12, 1937, in Montgomery County Virgina. To the late Arnold and Oveda Linkous. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Sonny Linkous.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Robert and two sons Randy and Andy Parish. Randy’s wife Amanda Parish, her granddaughter Katie Pierson and her husband Jim. Also, sister and brother-in-law Rita and Eddie Callahan; Nieces Deeann Webb and her husband John; Farrah Linkous; nephews Todd Callahan his wife Pam; Darrell Linkous and his wife Stephanie. Along with step grandsons Daniel and Eli Harbaugh and step great grand daughter Avery Pierson.

Mrs. Parish was a loving and devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a homemaker who also enjoyed working outside the home as well as tirelessly supporting her husband’s 50 plus years of ministry. Nancy took great pride in her family, giving them a comfortable home. Visitation will be Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 12:00-2:00 pm at the Moody Davis Funeral Home with service to follow. Rev. Scott Meadows will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Double Creek Church of Christ Cemetery at 674 Double Creek Rd Dobson, NC. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home Dobson, NC of Double Creek Church of Christ Cemetery Fund. Moody-Davis Funeral Service in Dobson is serving the Parish family.
