Nina Louise Hall

Nina Louise Hall, 86, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Monday, May 12, 2025. She was born August 30, 1939, in Martinsville, Virginia, to the late Percy G. Long and Virginia Louise Pace Long.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Millard Hoskins Hall; son, Chuckie Leon Hall; brother, Arthur G. Long.

Nina worked for over twenty years for the Martinsville Public School System in the cafeteria, while she was there, she helped to revamp the school lunch menu. She also enjoyed teaching Sunday School at her church where she taught for over fifty years. She was a Charter Member of Clearview Gospel Missions, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, SALT Committee (Police Night Out), National Food Service Association, Voter Polls, Martinsville High Old Dogs. Nina loved cooking, antiques, and traveling.

Nina is survived by her son, Ricky C. Hall (Judy); granddaughter, Nicole Younger (Jonathan); nieces, nephews and extended family.

The funeral will be held Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Susan Adkins officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
