Patricia Kaye Dickerson

Patricia Kaye Dickerson, 75, of Bassett, Virginia, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024, at her residence. She was born March 23, 1949, in Virginia, to the late Harvey Joyce and Mary Hensley Joyce. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Larry Dickerson, Jr.

Patricia was very strong in her Christian faith. She found joy in shopping, dining out, and cherishing time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Larry Dickerson, Sr.; four grandchildren, Brittany Dickerson, Sierra Dickerson, Jamie Dickerson and Chrissy Dickerson; three great-grandchildren, Maddie Dickerson, Anna Cruz and Dayshonna Carter; two sisters, Shirley Hayzlett and Sandy Cooper; one brother, Sonny Joyce; and a host of other family members and friends.

A visitation will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bassett Funeral Service Chapel.
