Paul Melvin Clark

Paul Melvin Clark, 76, of Martinsville, Virginia, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023, at his home. He was born July 20, 1946, in Bassett, Virginia, to the late George T. Clark and Vivian Carter Clark. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Dianamae Harbour Clark; sister, Betty Cooper; and brother, Donald Leon Clark, Sr. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and Army National Guard. He was a member of Fair Haven Fellowship and The American Legion. He enjoyed camping. Paul had worked for Ridgeway Clocks for over forty years. Paul is survived by sons, Michael R. Clark (Suzie) and Christopher Clark (Sydney); brothers, Douglas Clark (Debbie) and Bobby Clark; grandchildren, Kayla Clark (Ryan), Blake Clark (Hailey) and Braylen Alvarez; and great-grandchildren, Liam, Ashton and Carter. The funeral will be Thursday, January 26, 2023, at 11:00 A. M., at Wright Funeral Service Chapel with Pastors Randy Sawyers and Richard Setliff officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service. Burial will follow at Henry Memorial Park. Wright Funeral Service & Crematory is serving the family.
